A postal code is required before we are able to share the full menu and pricing options with our guests. By sharing your postal code we are able to locally customize our website and show you the most accurate menu and prices available. Your information is never shared unless you specify otherwise.
Our platform is connected with Canada Post. If our website is not accepting your postal code, please confirm the postal code on the Canada Post Website. If the postal code is confirmed by the website and continues to cause you any difficulty, it is possible that you are outside the delivery zones for our stores. You can always call your local store to confirm delivery zones. Try moving the option to carry out to place an order for pick up!
Unfortunately, not all of our locations have transferred onto our online ordering platform. It is possible your location does not yet offer the option to place your order online. We are working to bring all of our stores online.
It is also possible your address is beyond the delivery trade zone for your local store. You can always call your local store to confirm delivery zones. Try moving the option to carry out to place an order for pick up!
Once a postal code is entered the address field will auto populate. You may need to choose from a drop down list to select your street name. If you do not see your street you may need to confirm your postal code with Canada Post.
It is also possible we do not have a location in your area. We are working on bringing more locations to our fans and hope to have a location near you soon!
Providing our customers with properly cooked food is important to us. We love toppings too but when we over top our pizzas we risk the cook ability of our product. We have a 5 topping maximum on our “Create Your Own Pizzas
To make any changes, additions, or corrections to your online order please call your local store directly. During busy times you may be connected to our ordering line. To avoid any inconveniences please review your online order before submitting it.
When placing an order through our Internet Ordering system you can choose to pay with Cash, Credit or Debit. All of these payment methods can be made at the door (if delivery) and in-store when you are carrying out. When paying with Credit or Debit for the delivery option our drivers will be happy to assist you with Credit/Debit machines.
Currently we do not store your credit card information on our site for future online purchases. You must present your credit card at the time of purchase for carry out or our drivers will bring Credit machines with them to assist you with payment.
Future or advance ordering enables you to set a time in the future in which you would like to receive your order. If you do not check the box indicating that the order is for a future time/date. You are able to place a future order for the current day. If you would like to place a future order for the current day, you are able to choose time increments of 5 minutes as long as the time you enter is within the hours of operation of your local restaurant hours and at least 20 minutes later than the current time. We also accept orders for future dates! If you would like to place an order for a different day, you can do so up to 7 days in advance.
